1. Promotion Period
This promotional sale " Get Ready For Summer "  runs from Friday, 19 September 2025 until COB Friday, 31 October 2025 

2. Eligibility

       The Campaign is open to all customers who make purchases during the Promotion Period.

       The Campaign applies only to participating products/services as advertised, this is all Haines Signature Boat, Motor Trailer Packages

3. Discounts, Offers & Rebates

       Discounts and promotional pricing are valid only during the Promotion Period.

       Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotion unless stated otherwise.

       Offer Condition:

   To qualify for the advertised Factory Rebate, customers must select accessories with a combined retail value equal to or greater than the value of the advertised “Free Accessories” offer at the time of purchase.

   Failure to select accessories of equal or greater value will result in the remainder of the rebate being forfeited.

   Rebates are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Availability

       All offers are subject to stock availability, but new boat orders are also inclusive

5. Returns & Exchanges

       Refunds for products purchased under the Campaign will be processed at the promotional purchase price, not the original full price.

       If a qualifying product or accessory forming part of a rebate package is returned, the rebate will be voided or deducted from any refund amount.

6. Exclusions

       Gift cards, custom orders, and previously purchased Boats are excluded from the Campaign unless specifically included.

       Additional exclusions may apply and will be indicated on promotional materials.

7. Changes & Cancellation

       The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.
